The product itself is very good, I get a great work out from it..HOWEVER, their customer service is completely non existent..They put an email address in the paper work for questions and to register the warranty. Emailed them to ask a question and register it, never, ever received a response at all..So, just understand you’re on your own with this thing. I think it’s beyond unprofessional when companies do things like this, but the company is in china, so not sure what i was expecting really..Overall excellent A+ product, F on customer service, and no warranty because you can’t register it 🤷♂️ ... show more

This thing is horrible. Just hurts your arms where it presses. Couldn't even use it 2 days in a row due to the pain. Work out my be ok but padding and or design sucks. Returned it and I'll stick with push ups
