Product is very hard to use if you do not have the strength to use it. I thought it would be easier to bend but that was me trying to be macho. I had to buy another one that was easier to use. Product is very well made. I would suggest to go with a weaker resistance if just starting to work out or if you have not worked out for a while. I am keeping this as I will be using this when I get stronger. Would recommend this to help with strength training.

I’m really impressed with this arm expander. The build quality is strong and the handles have a comfortable non-slip grip, which makes it easy to use during longer workouts. It provides excellent resistance for training the chest, biceps, shoulders, and forearms. I like that it comes with extra accessories and a storage bag, making it convenient to carry anywhere. After using it for a few days, I can definitely feel the burn and see more activation in my upper body. A great addition to my home gym and totally worth the price!

No use for a picture, it’s exactly what’s shown. Not a huge muscle builder but slow reps cause good hypertrophy. At the highest setting, I can only do about 8 very slow reps, and I can bench 315+ for reps. Really hits inside pecs and lower. Didn’t like it for biceps. 4 stars because holding the inside grips puts a lot of strain on the forearms, needs to be alittle longer.

Excellent arm trainer however the only gripe i have is that it hurts the forearms due to the bend of the outer arm placements when using the inside bars. Otherwise it still makes my chest pump after a set of 30 top, mid and bottoms. Considering the price of the one being marketed on social media, this is for sure a good middle ground. Functionally performs as expected and although it is a little wobbly now that ive used it for some time, daily. its still relatively sturdy,
