I bought this for my small home gym corner. It's great piece of equipment and it doesn't take much space at home. We can adjust this arm trainer's resistance from 60lb-100lb. This piece comes with guidence what exercise that we can do with this equipment. The material of this arm trainer is really good and solid. It is easy to use and adjust. My husband loves this arm trainer and perfect for him. But for me, the resistance is too heavy. I need to train my strength more. Good value of money.

It works as a supplemental exercise. It's a little uncomfortable to use but I use it for pecs. Its quicker and easier than doing fly's, but much less range of motion. It is good to bring in a suitcase if you want to do a few exercises while on the road.

Listen, I bought this thing as a joke. I thought, “Ha, I’ll finally get those superhero arms to open pickle jars.” Fast-forward two weeks and I’m the undisputed champion of upper body emergencies. Last Sunday, disaster struck. The family BBQ was in full swing, Uncle Bob’s bragging about his golf swing, Aunt Linda’s wine glass is somehow always full — and then the propane tank jammed shut. I recently brought the TWISTER ARM TRAINER and I am really impressed with it. The build quality feels durable and the resistance is just fit to challenge the arms, shoulders and chest. The most improtant thing is that its compact and easy to use at hime so that I can get a quick workout setup without needing a lot of space or extra equipment. Just after few sessionI could already feel the burn in my muscles. So highly recommended!!!

Works pretty good but I’m not quite sure if the weight equivalent it says you get from where you’re holding is accurate because I can’t really tell much difference. It may be accurate but I’d think I would be able to see a big difference, and in my opinion I can’t
