It works and it's built solid! I came across a commercial on YouTube for a 'similar' item. I was intrigued. I'm 59 years old, workout daily, and always looking for that something extra to help me maintain muscle and stay looking 39. I've completed Spartan Races, ridden my bike 135 miles to the beach, and can do 160 push-ups.... I'd say I'm in pretty good shape. The item I saw on YouTube was $299, but on sale for $149. Hmmm. Right. $149 is still wayyyy too much! I came here to Amazon and found this! It looks the same and only $33! It arrived on time and undamaged. I immediately gave it a try and bam! This thing is awesome! It comes with the 3 wheels to fit to the device but I won't be using it for ab rolls so I didn't bother. Even the wheels look like quality, not your basic plain black wheels. The Twister Arm Trainer is built with quality, and feels strong. I'm certain it will last. It's so simple to use, just twist the dial from 1 to 15 to adjust the tension and off you go. I'm at '9' so I can get the reps in. I can do the '14' but the '15' is insane. I couldn't get the thing to move! LOL I tried the different poses, looked in the mirror to ensure I could see my muscles working, and they do! and it feels great too. You really feel a smooth action and your muscles do not feel out of sorts when compressing the device. I have a home gym upstairs in my house, but this thing will stay in the living room, so while I'm watching TV with my wife, I can sneak in an extra workout. For the price, this can not be beat. Over the last 40 years, I've tried lots of different gadgets and this is by far the best! Highly recommended.

Very neat & versatile/compact piece of equipment! Works great and seeing pretty solid results. I don’t just use this to replace benching or dumbells but I definitely incorporate it in my routine and am sure this is worth it. Resistance is pretty good, I can do level 15 but not easy. I feel this is great for building endurance and complimentary with weights to build muscle. It is stable, however when i do the ab roller, i put the handles all the way in because i feel like over time it may snap with wear and tear if i left the handles fully extended. It is well built tho. And age 20, so good for anyone who wants to stay in shape.

First impressions. This is a lot of tool for the price. I chose it because it appears to have a stronger design, with the piston in reverse, connected by a bolt to the frame. However, I had to turn it up to 12 to get a decent press. It only goes up to 15, so if you look anything remotely like the model in the picture, this will not be serious equipment for you. Im an xxl guy, but my arms and chest are small. Im just beginning again at age 50, so this may be fine for me, or for seniors who need more strength. The molding of the grips leaves sharp edges, so spend some time with a razor or file to trim them down. They are made of fiberglass reinforced nylon, which is nice. If only it were US made. The resistance band hook is unnecessary and could save some welding and metal. There are tiny air bubbles in the ram as well, so it takes a few pumps in any position to smooth out strokes. A way to replenish the oil or repair the ram would be nice. Overall a good value for the price. Some of the translated logo and instructions are funny.

I'm an over-the-road truck driver and this thing really works. I'm up to level 10 on the setting now and you can feel it. So every time I get aaa break at a place where I load or unload I can work out easy peasy, stores away, real nice and one of my cubby holes. Pull it out. Get your upper body workout on. Put it back in your cubby hole and it's out of the way. Very convenient and it actually works. It's real good

this is a great arm, chest and core trainer. i've done plenty of swimming, cardio, abs, and strength training- but i can really feel that this trainer is making a difference. it has largely replaced lifting weights for me due to the fact that it is much more forgiving on my joints (getting old is the pits!). the ab roller is fantastic as well, works great, provides a good smooth movement and really works! this trainer is very sturdy, well designed and is very portable if you like to work out on the go. if you're looking at this to supplement your workout, or be your complete workout, i definitely recommend.

I just opened this today, I brought it into work to use during down time. I hit the gym 4-6 days a week and go heavy, I figured this would be good for toning. Good quality, it is sturdy and smooth, easily adjustable and has a ton of different positions and muscle groups you can hit. My shoulders are burning right now and it hits the pecs just right!
