This twister arm exercise device is great for home workouts. I’m a solo parent and the home workout gear has been a game changer. This is portable, pretty lightweight and super easy to use but it’s effective. I’m noticing my arms are sore and my muscle is building.

This is an amazing quick workout at the office that is quiet and doesn’t require heavy weights. It’s very convenient because it’s so light yet it can give you such a good workout. And it doesn’t bother anyone. For days when I’m not able to get to the gym, doing this for a few sets gives me a good pump.
