OK the instructions ate crap. Knowing that going in I had a few redo's but got it put together alone. Slats are tricky. I butted the rail against a box to hold it as I worked the other end of slats. Instructions were written fine if you’ve put together other beds, definitely easier with 2 people doing it. The trundle is warped a bit so hopefully with mattress it will flatten out but overall happy with it for under $200!

Can't get slats to stay assembled. Tried for 2 hours. Started again the next day, and with patience and a few adaptions to instructions, we were able to put the bed together. Thank you for helping us with the instructions.

Will take two people to assemble it easily, but not too difficult for one. Instructions are clear and all hardware is supplied. Very stable when fully assembled. Can easily be used as a bedroom sofa (depending on your mattress; mattress sold separately). Trundle rolls very easily, but locks into position quite well.
