I’d say it’s between a 3 and 4. Good for beginner juicers. Easy cleanup. Not too loud. Grinds ok. Only thing is the pulp is too wet, leaves too much juice behind. I don’t like being wasteful.

It was packaged extremely well — everything was wrapped securely, and it came with a collection pitcher, a lid, and a cleaning brush. Setup was easy, and I love that it’s simple to take apart and clean. The wide spout means I don’t have to cut fruit into tiny pieces (huge time saver!). The juice quality has been excellent so far — fresh, smooth, and very little pulp making its way into the juice. If I could change one thing, I wish the pulp container was a little larger and more separated from the juice spout, but it hasn’t been a major issue.     • Buy and beware! Worst Customer Service Experience I've Ever Had.
I purchased this juicer in January 2026 because I trusted the NutriBullet brand. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. One of the first issues I discovered was that the food pusher traps water inside the component. Because the water cannot be fully drained or inspected, I became concerned that moisture could remain trapped inside and potentially promote mold growth. Since this part comes into contact with food, I considered it a legitimate health concern. NutriBullet approved my warranty claim and agreed to replace both the pulp basin kit and the food pusher. However, they instructed me to call customer service to pay $7.99 for shipping. I called numerous times during their published business hours, but no one ever answered. I emailed several times asking for an alternative payment method, but I was repeatedly told to call the same number. Months later, NutriBullet informed me that my order had been processed, yet I never received the replacement parts. I was then told one part was on backorder for 3–4 weeks. Later, after finally reaching a representative by phone, I was told it would take approximately another 8 weeks before the parts would be available. The estimated delivery timeline kept changing, and I was left waiting for months without a resolution. When I requested a refund because I had completely lost confidence in the product and the company, NutriBullet refused because I had purchased the juicer through Amazon. I purchased this product in good faith and expected a company like NutriBullet to stand behind its products. Instead, I experienced months of delays, poor communication, and an unresolved warranty claim. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another NutriBullet product again, nor will I recommend this brand to anyone. ... show more
