I got this dock so I didn't have to move the included dock between TVs in my house, and this one works great! Plus the white color is nice to match the aesthetic of my living room versus the factory black one. Highly recommended!

Everything work except the sound. I try it on two tv I had one that I had since I was 10 years old and one that my family just bought last year but with either I was able to hear a sound. So I was wondering if anyone else had that problem with the sound?

Looks like it would do what it's supposed to do, but doesn't fit a Switch with a "dockable" thin case, so I never got the chance. For something so expensive and as clumsy as I am, that case is never coming off! I got a non-stand dock instead.

Having a 2nd docking station for your Switch is becoming more and more important as the system’s lifespan continues. With new 1st and 3rd party games getting better, bolder and more creative you’ll want to take your Switch everywhere with you! However, there always seems to be the problem of what secondary dock to get? In a sea of 3rd party options, the team at RuntoGOL has made an exceptional product that I am more than happy to recommend to those in need of a solid second dock. What are positives of this dock? Well, for starters, it’s lightweight but it sits firmly on most surfaces due to the feet on the bottom. Also, there are 2 USB 2.0 ports on the back for your extra pro controllers or other devices AND there’s an additional USB 3.0 port for added punch! (Trust me, this was a wonderful addition!) The USB-C port (for your AC adapter to power the dock and your Switch) is prominent and fits perfectly into the power cable. There is one HD 4K HDMI port on the back for your obvious TV viewing pleasure. The dock has a stunning output without any noticeable lag, which is HUGE for the gaming community. Seriously, who wants a pixelated mess or lag due to the HDMI port? Nobody, and you’ll have no reason to fear these issues at all due to the brilliant output. Well done! Also, there are 2 vents on the back of the unit to help with overheating. I haven’t noticed anything with the vents, but I wanted to point this out. Lastly, there’s an interesting button on the back that states “HDMI/(and a tv and power icon). This button’s main function is to switch between playing on your TV and playing in docking mode. It’s a nice addition, but I wish this button would’ve been placed on the front of the dock instead. This way it would be easier to switch between these 2 modes of play, but this is a minor gripe. Overall, this is a wonderful choice as a secondary Switch dock! Either for the original Switch or the OLED edition. It checks all the boxes in a simple but awesome way! Highly recommended! 5 out of 5.

I have 4 kids, and they each have their own switches. I ordered this to have as an extra docking station for the living room tv and it works GREAT with all 4 switches. I ordered this 2-3 months ago and in all the time weve had it we have had zero problems with it. The only other thing worth noting is that this is the docking station only- it comes with no cords. You will need to go to best buy to get a hdmi cord to hook it up, or better yet order one here off of amazon at the same time that you order this product so that hopefully they arrive together, because you cannot hook this up without it. I would definitely recommend this product to others it works great, just make sure you get yourself a HDMI cord so you can hook the dock to the tv

It worked great for two weeks and even though I am VERY careful with it when docking the switch it stopped charging the switch and has issues connecting to screen randomly in the middle of playing.

I have been wanting to get a second dock so I could leave the main one in my basement which is connected to my projector, but have a second for my bedroom TV as I like to occasionally play my Switch for an hour or so before bed. This thing does the trick and dare I go as far as saying I like it over the OEM one? It is very minimalistic in its design which I think I love most about it. Also it is super easy to use and portable (not to say the one that comes with the Switch isn't) and everything runs super smooth. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical thinking that maybe the video output wouldn't be all that great, it wouldn't charge the system properly when in use or idle, or might cause it to overheat but it doesn't. This is an excellent product and excellent value for anyone looking to get a replacement dock or someone like me that just wanted a second for convenience.
