I do not write a lot of reviews. However, I was compelled to do so for these AtomasWear under shirts. Bought these a few weeks ago based on reviews that these breathe better than most tee shirts. I have tried almost every kind of under shirt, SmartWool - Haynes. My office is always hot and I spend a lot of time in meetings with my suit coat on. At times, this results in some pretty warm and wet armpits. Cotton - Wool never seemed to breathe well enough to dry out while wearing. These shirts seem to wick sweat and dry better than any others I have used while wearing. These are expensive (not like smartwool), but I just placed a second order. I am not tall (at all) but these were not too long and were only minimally larger than other brands. I run true to size and these do also. The sleeves are a but longer than some, which is fine for me, as tattoos are covered and do not show though my white work shirts. If you want to put on a “gun show” these may not be for guys that like shorter sleeves. Assuming these last and do not smell over time, I might be a customer for life. Shirt seemed to fit fine and feel fine. Haven’t worn it really yet - just tried it on. Only reason I’m writing this is because the shirt I received was 93% nylon and 7% spandex according to the label whereas this item says in multiple places that the shirt is 97% nylon and 3% spandex. Not sure if they changed the material formula or if I got a different sure than I was supposed to. I don’t think it’s particularly important as I probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference anyway. I just thought it was weird. ... show more

I've been wearing these under dress shirts every weekday for almost 18 months and the six shirts that I rotate through have remained in near perfect condition. The longer length is great to stay tucked in and the sleeves are long enough to cover your arm pits from your expensive dress shirts. I launder them alone or with other white clothes in barely warm water and use an oxygen booster to help keep them white. They do not shrink or change shape and actually come out of the dryer (delicate/low cycle) with zero wrinkles. These are so comfortable and durable that I just ordered more in black to use as sleepwear. I'd call these the perfect men's undershirt and soon to be perfect sleepwear. ... show more

I was a little skeptical at first, but the summer heat and humidity would soak my cotton t-shirt and outer shirt in no time; even walking from the parking lot into a building, so I gave this a try. This t-shirt is the answer to that problem. It keeps me dry, cool and comfortable and never does dampness appear on my outer shirt. Machine wash, hang dry (required) but this is well worth its cost and effort. Highly recommended! I normally wear XL and the XL for this shirt is perfect. Note: This t-shirt is designed to fit very snug and close-form, but this is what enables the wicking. It is not tight or binding in the least. Cool material that does warm up and helps to regulate body temp as the day goes on. Works great as an undershirt. Couple of issues with static generation and the sleeves being too long for comfortable use with a short sleeve outer shirt. Doesn’t shrink and holds it shape well.

Collar is appropriate for my expectations. It isn't a vee down to your nips, it is a vee that slips under the collar line of a polo shirt.
