Great stuff. Had a tiny difficult time getting this to work Instead of panicking, I did what I could for trouble shooting. And once I got it to finally work, I was getting sound only out of the left speaker. Did more trouble shooting, end result, was a simple matter of unplugging the speaker wire and repluging it back in and both left and "right" speaker on the head set worker perfectly. Also, they are kind of loud, but luckily we have volume control. I also enjoyed using the preset Realtech control panel on my Windows 11. The soft memory earmuffs provide a decent level of comfort for extended gaming sessions. 3d surround audio, mic is very clear but has low echos. Overall, its very good. But the downside is that these ear pads are for children. So unless you have a small head, small ears, or you have a child, DO NOT GET THESE HEADPHONES. Even for a child, the pads are not breathable. Big ears or not, the pads warms your ears after long periods of time. So, five stars to everything else but for the small size, long periods of wear warming the ears, and a bit of squishing around the ears too (because of the small size it squeezes my ears). I bought this headset mainly for my online classes, and I have to say the sound quality is excellent. Voices come through clearly, and the noise cancelling feature works very well. It really helps me stay focused without distractions. The microphone also captures my voice clearly, which has made video calls smoother. The only downside is that the headset feels a bit heavier compared to others I’ve owned, so after long sessions it can become slightly uncomfortable. However, the soft earmuffs help a lot, and the materials feel solid and well made for the price. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
