Love these poles, love the way they look. I was a bit hesitant purchasing after reading all of the reviews saying how pieces arrives broken but because I'm on a tight budget I decided to take the risk and try them anyway. Happy to say no broken end pieces ! They looked to have been packaged very carefully which I appreciate. However, in one of the rods, I'm not sure how but one of the very ends of the rods interior became bent inward - the metal part inside of the rod that you screw the end piece into. So it just looks a little slanted but I think it could be fixed. That was the only problem but still happy to have them.

OK value for the price. I expected them to be a little flimsy. The first package I received had broken rod ends from lack of packing inside to prevent this. The seller sent me a new set quickly and advised me to return the broken product (they paid shipping but I had to take it to UPS). The second set was still scraped and scratched, but at least they weren’t broken, right? I went ahead and hung my curtains and they ended up looking nice. The length extender part isn’t very sturdy, so there’s no way to really secure them at a certain length while you raise and hang the curtains. Overall, I didn’t pay much for these so I’m satisfied with my purchase. I doubt I would purchase this product again, however.
