  • BEFORE YOU BUY Step 1 - Make sure your original hose diameter is 5.9 inches from outer edge to outer edge. Step 2 - Make sure your original hose has a clockwise threading direction. Please double check the diameter and screw direction on pictures 2 and 3 before purchase.
  • EXPANDABLE HOSE The shortened length of the hose is 16 inches. You can extend the hose up to 78 inches. TURBRO replacement exhaust hoses are longer than most original hoses, making them more flexible for use in large areas.
  • EASY INSTALLATION Fully expand the end of the hose, align with the coupler, and rotate the coupler clockwise to twist onto the hose. Repeat on the other end of the hose to attach to the second coupler. (Refer to pictures 3 and 4).

I just wanted to write this review for all those like me who could not find the size of the hose that came with the LG LP1215GXR. This is indeed the right hose. 5.9" counter clockwise. LG absolutely will not tell you what the measurement for the hose was except that it's a 5" hose. Believe me, I went through the Manual, LG's customer support, lgparts.com, and their older service that I can't remember the name of. They absolutely refuse to tell you that it's a 5.9" counter clockwise hose. Get this one. (Just FYI I know I could just measure the opening of the hose, but mine was so damaged it was falling apart from any subtle movement, and I didn't want to make a duct tape hose to use while I awaited another in the mail. Or find out it was some proprietary size that can't be ordered and no longer have a hose. Basically if I wanted to measure the hose correctly, it would have destroyed it) ... show more

The UV through the window had turned the original hose brittle such that it broke with the slighest movement. Once I figured out what direction of hose I needed for the threading, I found this one. To be honest I was quite surprised at the high cost of this stuff, but this was a best value I could find. It was easy to install and is holding up. Assume it will be like the last one where it gets impacted by the UV, but will do a better job of trying to protect it going forward. ... show more
