The product arrived in two parts; the tv stand one day (and I assembled it that day, and it took about an hour) and the fireplace insert the next day. Now, some have said the fireplace insert comes with no instructions, brackets or remote...that was NOT my case. Everything was included and I quickly put the insert in (from the back, so you MIGHT want to leave off the bottom middle cover if pre-assembling the stand). The fireplace insert arrived with a defect (loud/rattling blower motor and it would blink on and off). I contacted Turbro customer service and they promptly, and I mean PROMPTLY, sent out a replacement that worked just fine. Looks great but a pain to build. Took 2 hours. Unhappy with the Amazon driver who tossed the two boxes in my front porch and noticed a bend on the actual heater. Luckily it works but still upset about it. Not the sellers fault.

The media could not be loaded. This took me about 4 hours to assemble. Instructions are easy to understand, but definitely pay attention to the pictures for orientation! Also, pre-drilling the holes for the back panels and fireplace insert makes it much easier to install the screws. I'm happy with the purchase.
