I bought this zfold 6 as a renewed, good condition. It was a great choice. I had been wanting one for some time as it make my work much easier. The phone I receive looked almost brand new! There was a slight rub on one corner but that was it. Once you put a case on it you can't tell it was a renewed phone. Not that it mattered anyway because the money I saved for a perfectly functioning phone is phenomenal! The screen, the programming everything that you really need a phone for is in excellent working order. Amazing phone! Came with a solid charge, charging cord, and in great condition. Some spots on the top of the internal screen, but overall very happy!

    • Great phone but double check your settings
As advertised this is a great phone. Wonderful large and bright screen. Very quick and long lasting battery. The only reason for the 4 star is because of the state the phone, setting wise, it came to me. It was an unlocked phone that had not been updated since the March 2025 security update and Andriod 14/UI 6.1.1. It all came down to a setting for the Service Provider Software Version value in the About Phone/Software Information. The CSC value in that setting dictates what software your phone is supposed to be getting Over The Air/OTA updates automatically. This phone was set to GCF which effectively doesn't do OTAs. Fortunately I am just familiar enough to know how, after googling a bunch, to change that setting. Since I am on ATT, and this is a valid value for the CSC, I changed it to that and now I am on update 7ish to bring this phone up-to-date. I think this is slightly irresponsible of a seller to leave a phone un-updateable leaving a not technically minded person in the dark about their state of security. ... show more

Shortly after unboxing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, I noticed that the upper camera lens cover had come off. I had to remove the remaining adhesive and reattach it myself. While I can overlook that issue given the phone was listed in “excellent condition,” I later discovered a more serious concern. When checking for updates, I found that the device is not running the proper software version, which prevents it from receiving official updates. This is a significant issue, as it impacts both functionality and long-term usability. At this point, I’m willing to accept the cosmetic defect with the camera lens cover, but the software issue is not acceptable. If this cannot be resolved, I will need to proceed with returning the device. ... show more
