I got this turbo 12,000 Btu finnmark series for the value and efficiency it works great for central Alabama climate in just ordered another and is on they way, I would say about 500 sf is what it’ll cool and heat the 750 would have to be well insulated, anything around 750sf I’d go with an 18,000 Btu honestly, not sure your sf? Measure your length and width then multiply them by each other ... show more

Received December 5. Installed December 12. Indoor unit doesn't communicate with outdoor unit. Installer has taken photos, sent them to the company only to be told he did it correctly. He has been communicating with them for 6 days and still no resolution, only being passed from person to person. It is December and we have had temps in the single digit. I don't know if they will make this right or if we should rip it all out and send it back. Do not buy! ... show more

Buyer Beware: Manufacturing issues with the included line set. Flares are machine made and do not seal properly, refrigerant slowly leaks out and then a couple months later it will stop cooling and throw codes. HVAC technician will charge over 1,5000$ to come back to vacuum and recharge. Turbro Customer support denies claim of faulty line set but offered a reduced 350$ PayPal refund and voided warranty or 500$ online store credit but then strings you along when you agree to a refund you never will receive.
