I recently bought plastic glasses and they hurt my ears SO bad even after a few adjustments. I bought these and they helped so much! Personally, they are a bit long for me so I cut them after the second hole and it worked perfectly. They were a little hard to put on at first, but it wasn't too bad.

A little hard to get on plastic frames, but can be done with a little time. Work very well, These help with ear irritation where glasses sit on and behind the ears. Was using bandaids and they where very sticky, so glad I found these and tried them. My son said they are very comfortable.

My safety glasses made my ears sore. After using these for a week or so the soreness went away and is no longer an issue for me. At first I thought there was no way these would fit on my glasses but I took the time and wiggled them on. They are nice and snug. Great buy.
