    • Time Consuming Assembly
I needed a smallish set for my patio. I ordered this and it arrived quickly. Yesterday, we put it together. It took forever. There's a video that they send to show you how to assemble it, but it doesn't show you how to assemble all of the pieces, just the chairs and a small table, which didn't come with my set. It was often difficult to get the holes to line up for the screws, but we managed it after about 3 hours. The set looks nice and seems sturdy enough. Like everybody said, though, the cushions leave something to be desired. Some reviewers said it looks like a child's set, and I see what they're getting at before you put the cushions in the seats, but once you do that, it's fine and adult sized. The set is out in the hot, blazing, west sun of the deep south, so it remains to be seen how durable it will be, but so far, I like it. ... show more

    • When assembling tighten screws a little at a time and rotate.
I was sent 4 extra shorter screws and shorted 4 longer screws. I had to go to hardware store and purchase 4 screws. The quality seems to be excellent for the price.

The media could not be loaded. I like this patio set as it fits and looks nice in my balcony. It was easy to assemble except for some parts that could no be aligned to put the screws. There is a chair that has the back of the seat with no screw because the two bars are not aligned. Also, I was disappointed with the delivery. It was raining and the left the big package out in the rain. I wish I would have taken a picture. I live on a second floor and have specific instructions that it had to be taken upstairs. Other big packages have been left in front of the my door. Good thing the maintenance gentleman saw the package in the rain and helped me bringing it upstairs. I hope Amazon continue taking pictures of the delivery as they used to do and follow the instructions. If they can’t, then they could reject the order. Thank you ... show more

We ordered these chairs to add some more seating to our newly (and almost done) renovated patio. We had the white chairs previously which are from another company. These fit nicely and are comfy. They we’re easy to assemble and seem sturdy. I can’t say how well they hold up to the elements as it hasn’t been long. We’ll see how they handle sun and the weather. ... show more
