If you’re lighter, you’ll definitely squeeze out more distance, but even with my weight, it’s more than enough for errands or a fun cruise. Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is junk- we bought it in March. It is now June and it has stopped working. Makes a weird noise and won’t go. It has been used only a few days a week and only in the neighborhood. No long rides or anything crazy. Of course the time to return it is gone. There is no product support bc they know we can’t return it. Not worth the money for a product that only works for a few months with minimal use.

This is our first electric scooter, as we like our kids to get around using their legs. It's a birthday gift for my daughter, and she loves it. Her speed on flat roads is between 20-25, but when I ride, it's only 15-17, probably because I weigh more (187 pounds)? If the weight is below 200 pounds, it can climb uphill well, just a bit slow, so I prefer to walk uphill to save battery. Charging is excellent — I let her ride 7 miles next to me, and it only lost 2 bars of battery. In the evening, it has a bright headlight and night warning lights, looking really cool. Unfortunately, the scooter stopped working due to an ignition issue. I contacted customer support, and they promptly sent me the controller to fix the problem along with an installation video. The only downside is that their parts seem to be imported, so the delivery time is a bit long (around 8 days). Overall, it's a great purchase, and I would buy it again!
