This frame is incredibly sturdy and the construction and quality means it has great stability. I used it for a sleep number bed; this bed has a plastic base instead of a box spring which means it could slide very easily. However this frame has anti slide gripping built into the top of the pieces which has been way more effective than I thought it would. Super easy to assemble, took no time at all. We chose the height we needed, if you want more or less storage capacity you can choose higher or lower frames.
