I ordered this tool expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used. It arrived without the original packaging. The listing indicates a new item, so this was very disappointing. When purchasing tools, condition matters. If I wanted a used tool, I would have bought one listed as used at a discounted price. Very frustrated with this experience. Buyers should inspect their order carefully upon arrival.
