I have this under the cabinets on either side of my kitchen sink. I love the light it puts out but the sensor to turn it on is a little oversensitive and it comes on anytime I walk even a good distance away from the lights. This leads them to come on more often than I would like and therefore results in lower battery life there was a way to adjust theOr they only come on when I put my hands under the light at the cabinet ... show more

I bought these to use in a closet where the light switch is not in a useful place, and also in the laundry room where the situation is the same, the electrical light switch is on opposite wall from entrance to room. These are simple to install, and work well. They’re bright enough, very thin and discrete, and easy to charge. The only drawback is that they’re overly sensitive and turn on at the slightest motion from several feet away, which of course drains the battery. As others have mentioned, I now flip the switch to off until I need the light when I switch it to on. This bypasses the motion sensor function and saves battery life, but I actually wanted the convenience of the motion sensor. They don’t work for me as “motion sensor activated lights”, but they work as regular lights. ... show more
