  • Natural daylight bright torchiere floor lamp. Upgraded 56 highly-efficient 3030 LEDs (1W per LED) with the max. 30W power consumption, this LED sky torchiere floor lamp can emit sufficient natural light (5500K) to light up your 15 x 20 living room, bedroom or office. The lamp head easily pivots and shines light in any direction that you need it.
  • Modern tall floor lamp. This floor lamp innovatively features 4 modular aluminum rods, all of which have the integrated power cords built inside. This design gives you the convenience & flexibility to assemble, disassemble and adjust the height. Its total height is 180cm/71in, taller than other similar lamps, so that you wont stare directly at the bright light.
  • 5-level dimmable & memory function. This dimmable floor lamp features 5 brightness levels and sensitive touch control, provides a high illumination from 630lm to max. 5000lm. It can turn on back to the previous brightness setting from your last use. If the power cut off, it can auto turn on and get lit up at the last brightness setting. Long press the on/off switch for 2 seconds to activate the 30-minute light timer walk upstairs safely without manually turning off the light.
  • Compatible w/ wall switch. TROND Halo X is perhaps the first lamp which doesnt use the mechanical switch, but can be turned on/off by using your wall switch or smart plug. However, you may experience a delay of 1-5 seconds before the light could be turned back on, due to different wiring design of your wall switches. The lamp will be turned back at its previous brightest level.
  • Ultra-slim lamp base. TROND floor lamp base made of pure aluminum alloy, it has no dirty concretes or sands filled inside, will never get deformed, dented or crumbled within years. Measured at 0.2" thick only, the slim lamp base can be easily placed under your sofa or couch. The paw-shaped pads underneath the base prevents from scratching your wood floor surface.

  • MISADVERTISED as a 5000 lumen light!!! Best guess is 2400-2500 lumens (similar to others)
Color: Daylight Black
tl;dr Currently the description of this light includes the following text: 5000lm (interpreted as 5000 lumens). This is not correct. The included documentation describes the light as 5000 lux. With a little simple math (included below), I estimate this is actually around 2400 to 2500 lumens, which passes the sniff test as it is substantially dimmer than my existing lights, and is in line with the actual lumens posted on a number of similar products here on Amazon. Otherwise, pretty nice light if you have the correct expectations for brightness. Nitty Gritty review details: I bought this light because I saw it listed as having 5000lm in the title. Given I am trying to replace an existing 5 head lamp with 100W bulbs in each head, this looked to be in the right ballpark. As it also included natural-like 5500k lighting and multiple brightness settings, and also worked with on/off switches, it looked like a winner to me, and I bought it without a second thought. It arrived the next day with prime at no additional cost, which means of course the shipping was great, and I had have complaints there as it arrived on time and in good condition. Putting it together was a snap (well, really a few twists), even without looking at the instructions (there were reasonable, plain English instructions included which I only read after because of this review ;-) ). Actually, considering this is basically a simple light, the pamphlet that came with it seems pretty reasonable to me. One thing I really liked about this light is that because of how electrical cabling is done, you actually have the ability to 1) adjust the height of the lamp by omitting or adding 1 or 2 of the joints, 2) one can pick the height of the in the lamp touch controls by simply switching the order of the stacking of the joints and 3) the way connections and wiring were handled, there was no awkward working around the cabling running through the stand, which made putting it together less annoying than other similar lights I have had in the past. Kudos to the designers for how this thing is put together. Structurally, my only complaint was that the join connecting the light head to the rest of the lamp is not supposed to be separated from the rest of the lamp (lots of warnings about this on the lamp), but it's pretty loose, and I almost did that very thing by just taking the lamp apart. So be careful, and as a design suggestion, consider some other mechanism than using threaded pipe to lock the head position to help prevent people from breaking their shiny new lamp by accident! Lastly, the 5500k lighting is pretty good, seems to be about the right color, definitely makes my office corner have a more natural light, and I don't see any flicker, which I sometimes do with cheaper leds. Okay, so why not five stars? Well, I going to avoid saying "false advertising" because I want to assume the description in Amazon is simply a misunderstanding by someone who created the add for Amazon who didn't realize that lm and lx are not in any way the same thing. My personal narrative: So I take the lamp out and put it together, which was an amazing experience because of the points listed above. I'm feeling pretty excited as I plug it in and turn it on and boom!....well, not exactly boom, because I was pretty underwhelmed. The light was way dimmer than I expected. So I'm thinking to myself...well, maybe I misunderstood how bright it should be, maybe Amazon said lux and I just thought lumens. Anyway, I'm disappointed, but I have space in my office where this can go (it's not nearly bright enough to replace the light in the living room I wanted to replace), and the 5500k will help perk me up for work, I think, since I am working from for now. But after putting it up in my office, and I take a look at the documentation that came with it that says the light is 5000lux at 40cm (not mention of lumens). At this point, I'm like...wait...coincidence? Not likely, so I looked this up in Amazon and sure enough it says 5000 lumens. So I'm like...alright, let's see if 5000 lux is actually 5000 lumens in this case. And so here is a little math, since calculating lumens from lux isn't too difficult. I started by estimating the angle of the light cone, which I think I'm being pretty generous estimating at 90 degrees across (seems less for the bright part of the beam, but I'm going to be generous). 40cm is 1.31 ft, and since we're talking about 90 degrees total, the radium of the circle of light beam will be half of the 90 degrees, and that will create a 45/45/90 triangle, so the radius of the beam will be about the same as the distance from the surface, so also 1.31 ft. If we take 1.31 ft to be our bright circle radius, then we get a surface area for my flat roof of about Pi*1.31^2 = 5.39 sq ft. Now that we know the surface area being illuminated to 5000lx, we can actually calculate the estimate for lumens (converstion constant x lux x area): 0.09290304*5000lx*5.39ft^2 = 2503 lumens. Since I'm doing math, I move on with my calculations for the stars I will give in this review: this looks like an honest mistake, but I did buy a medium priced light I didn't really want, so...2 stars base. I like color of the light, the setup, instructions, and construction, so +1 star for that. If I had actually wanted a 2400 - 2500 lumen light and known this was that, I would probably give it 5 stars...but it's 3 stars for buying something that really didn't fill the need I had but was better in some ways than I expected. I haven't fully decided, but I will likely be returning this light. -jfc ... show more

  • Not bad at all
Color: 1-Daylight Silver
The led lights are very bright like daylight. I just didn’t get any remote controls. Other than that, I recommend this product.

  • It's NOT A Directional Light/ Doesn't tilt very far and the LED's ONLY light up in the Center!
Color: 1-Daylight Silver
Okay, for some reason, the website isn't uploading the 4 photos I wanted to demonstrate! You cannot get a 360, 180 rotational tilt! It doesn't tilt far down enough even for a 90-degree angle, and NO it doesn't light up in a circular only in the middle of the LEDs Cast light! Not as BRIGHT AS ADVERTISED!!! Just got it today! Not sure if I'm keeping it! ... show more

  • So easy to install and minimalist looking
Color: Warm light Black
This is my 5th purchase. I love that you don't have to mess with the wire in the middle of the lamp. We've moved several times as well and packing it back up is a breeze.

  • I like the lamp, wish it was a little brighter, no remote
Color: Warm light Black
I like the 30-minute shutoff option. I set the timer and then leave my office with light instead of in the dark! I got the warmer sunlight version of the lamp, but I wish it was a little more bright (the white light version of the lamp is brighter). The only thing that would make this better would be a remote control because I'm lazy and don't want to get up and move 2 feet to operate the lamp. ha. ... show more

  • Best Lamp and best customer service!
Color: 1-Daylight Silver
The lamp is very bright and also can adjust. I was thinking to remodel my home and add some lighting in one of my bedroom which is used as an office, the quote from a contractor is $2000, now with only 1 of this LAMP, it can save me the $1900 because it is bright enough for the whole room. The quality of the Lamp is good and it is so easy to assemble (My 11 years old son to assemble it with ease too). I end up buying 3 of it. In addition to the good quality of the LAMP, this company has the best customer service ever, my bunny bite and destroy one of the power cable, and I contacted the customer service, they help me and ship me a new one very quickly! Thank you so much! ... show more

  • if only it had a "shade"
Color: 1-Daylight Silver
This lamp gets all sorts of bonus points - the easy screw together assembly beats the 'dodge the wire in the cylinder design' (that was common in compact flourescent tourchieres of old) hands down, the 5 light levels and memory of last setting is a nice feature, and our tired eyes appreciate the bright daylight light when working on puzzles. However the lamp does have some drawbacks - we wanted another plugin transformer like we would want a cockroach infestation. (Chargers, chargers, everywhere and not a free outlet with access...) Having the tranformer built into the pole or attached to base would be a nice feature. Speaking of the base, it would be nice it it was a bit bigger and a bit heavier. It is stable enough in our house (even on a rug) but is is a bit wobbly. If we had children or pets running around, stablility would be an issue. Finally, an upward shade option would be nice (and more doable) with an improved base because, as others have noted, in spite of it height', the bulb is visible and can be distracting. ... show more
