  • Nice quality
Model: SS525-PROX
I was very nervous about the quality due to the cheap price, $300 is a decent amount of money but not for a night vision scope. I am beyond pleased with the quality of this thing so far, just got it in yesterday and put it on an AR-15, zeroed it in at 50yds, seems to hold zero just fine, only about 50 rounds put through it so far. Picked up on a predator in the field about 250yds out and could see it just fine, made a kill shot at about 175yds at about 21:30 est and could see clear as day. The video recording works perfectly and is very clear also. Id share the video but not sure if its allowed on here lol Great product so far. ... show more

  • Great for the cost
Model: SS525-PROX
For the money it definitely combats more expensive infrared night, vision scopes, still not better but a great budget choice, I would use it for hunting or playing airsoft

  • Cost savings
Model: SS525-PROX
Easy setup sighting in was a little challenging due to instructions. But for the cost it’s definitely was worth it clear as a bell at night love it

  • Can’t zero and nowhere near 25x
Model: SS525-PROX
The magnification is not even close to 25x. More like a 2-6x . In the day at 40 yards I can’t see where I hit on the target with a 22. That brings me to my next issue. I maxed out the elevation and it’s still 6” low at that same 40 yards. I’ve contacted triton, we’ll see how they handle this. The scope at night isn’t bad for the money. But if I’m unable to zero it’s worthless. I can see clearly to 100-120 yards. ... show more

  • Can't get it to focus.
Model: SS525-PROX
OK, I have another, much bigger, much bulkier, night vision scope from Cyberdyne, and that thing is AWSOME!!! Yeah, it took a while to figure out how to set it up and zero, but I was able to do it with the help of the on screen menu. This thing on the other hand....I can't even figure out how to make it focus. Forget the 4 million features it has. What good is it if you can't get it to focus? I tried twisting every dial, pressing every button. and was not able to do anything more than get the menu to come up...but that's pointless if you don't have a clear picture. The other thing I noticed was that as I was messing with it...for about 45 minutes....the unit itself got very warm. VERY WARM. I don't know if that was because of all the time I was spending on the menu...ya know...making it work harder.....of if it was just routine operating temperature. I'm going to give this thing another try this weekend and see what happens, but for now, I am very skeptical that this will do what the other one does for half the price. ... show more
