Well if I may.... I have a few things to say... which may end up amounting to absolutely nothing. So, the pills are large, pretty much the same size as all other fish oil pills. I've never had to take 3 fish oil pills at a time before and I've taken many different brands. But I suppose you can only get so much of an ingredient into one pill. For one serving it has more MGs than MOST brands, BUT it's 3 pills, so take that how you will and take these with water :) Anyway, I've taken almost a whole bottle and haven't had any fishy burp or aftertaste or anything like that. Which some brands do, which is weird, Having to keep breath spray on you to make sure your breath doesn't smell like fish from that ridiculous burp you did. You can not date a girl confidently while taking those, you never know when a burp will come. Like I promise thats not my breath baby. But anyway, like I said, these do not have that effect on your body. It doesn't seem to have any side effects. Which no fish oil should, if it does, you may need to jump shot them into the trash can. Fish oil has many benefits...heart, skin, joints, etc. Google will tell you if you ask it nicely. Pretty extensive in it's arsenal of abilities to help you. Overall, pretty good product.

This product is great as far as the taste (flavored with lemon) and they are easy to swallow! But the whole “no fishy burps or aftertaste” is a stretch. Whenever I burp with this stuff, my burps smell like Salmon, LOL!!!! Now, luckily I like salmon, one of my favorite fishes. But this stuff will give you a fishy burp depending on how soon after you take this you burp 😭😂 But I guess that how you know it’s potent? Lol.
