I got this to support my gut in addition to weight gain due to unintentional weight loss because of my UC as any easily digestible protein. I mix it in with my coffee or tea with creamer it adds a lovely taste. Similar to coco without being overly sweet. It mixes well with a spoon but again i am mixing into a hot drink. Easy to swallow, smells delicious as well. I have only used it daily for a couple of weeks yet believe it works great so far for my needs. Have managed to gain and maintain 1 lb and (tmi) passing stool more frequently and easily. Noted for those in my situation. For skin health i can not make any noticeable claims however as my skin is already pretty youthful for 38 on I have skin care regimen I follow. The container size is decent if just one person using once per day but in retrospect. Small amount and pricey. All in all I would order again unless I could match the quality at a better price.

Good product I like it. It has no flavor, but you have to mix it with something else. You cannot drink it by yourself. It does not taste good by itself. You can mix it with juice coffee I usually mix it with my lemonade. Protein is perfect. Perfect snack perfect after workout.
