I don’t know where to begin. I received the beaten up box that looked like it was mangled up by a forklift, the side of which was open exposing one of the “assembled” stools. I open the top of the box and what do I see? A screw sticking out of the seat cushion. I don’t even know how that happens. The seats themselves were dusty and dirty and i didnt even bother taking them out of the box, just sealed it up and selected UPS pickup for return. What a joke. ... show more

    • Not the greatest of swivel stools
Fortunately, these stools are in my workshop and nowhere else. 1) Not so sturdy construction. Though it comes "somewhat" assembled*, plan on having to tighten the screws and nuts & bolts. You will need those leveling feet, the stool isn't straight and doesn't sit flat on a level floor. 2) *Assembly? - Definitely rushed in the assembly of these stools. A few screws had fallen out during the delivery. Not all the leveling feet were installed; they basically were thrown into the box and rattled around. 3) This is the 2nd delivery of the stools. 1st delivery came damaged. The mentioned leveling feet which weren't installed may have rested below one of the stool's cushions during transport and unfortunately cut into the faux leather. On a positive note, a replacement was sent. Overall, I'd think twice about purchasing these stools. Low cost = cheap product (at least in this instance). ... show more

Pleasantly surprised. The did arrive assembled. I ordered 6 of these and they came in 3 separate shipments. From the reviews, I expected that I'd have to assemble them myself, but that was not the case. Everything is much more sturdy than I had assumed with this price point.     • Stools are NOT assembled - false description
The item description for the stools that I purchased says "Trinity Assembled 2-Pack Chrome Swivel Barstool" but these stools are not assembled at all! Instead, they arrived in a big box filled with a large number of pieces and assembly is clearly going to be a tedious job, with loads of screws required to put it all together, especially with the swivel mechanism. I would never have purchased it if it had been correctly described as "Assembly Required" or as "Non-Assembled". ... show more

    • Looks great and strong, but takes time to put together.
I was a bit overwhelmed but, quickly worked on constructing the stools. Once, I figured it out it wasn’t too bad. However it still took me 2 hours for 2 chairs. But I did it by myself and so it can be done.

    • These "assembled" bar stools were not assembled.
There were screws loose in the box that were stripped. So even if I wanted to assemble the assembled stools, I could not. And the return process has been a total head ache. I wish I would've stuck with the put them together yourself option.
