Used it twice. First time was a test to see if it worked. Second time it lifted car about 70% of the way and then just stopped working. Luck I was home and not out on the road in the middle of nowhere. I had to get my jack to lift car to remove the piece of junk. Waste of money. Wish I could get my money back. Edit: After contact with Customer Service, I have to admit that they did a wonderful job of resolving my disappointment with the merchandise. As such I am revising my review to 3 stars from 1 star based on customer service alone.

IVE GOT SMALL VW SHOP AND THIS IS GREAT FOR AREAS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO ROLL A JACK UNDER 6 month update, ive used it alot put it in some bad geometry, used it in ways never intended and its still reliable

Overall, this product is considerably easy to operator, light weight, and seems very durable. The only problem I have with this product is that I received A damaged component. It looks like someone carelessly closed the container on the battery connector and bent it. At work right now but I do have a picture of the connector.
