This treadmill is outstanding and extremely durable and sturdy, there are some good features going for it, first, the setup process is as easy as the description says, it takes at least two people to remove it from the box, and about 80% of the units pre-assembled already, the instructions are easy to follow. It took about 40 minutes from start to end, The treadmill control panel is easy to understand, it got speed, auto incline, programs, safety key of course. You can also control speed and incline from the hand rests/grips, two large deep holders are in handy place, where you can place water bottles or iPhones sort of things. Speaking of music, I love Bluetooth connection, and the speakers are not too bad, all essential good features for me :) When I was trying walking and running on this treadmill, it's stable, quiet(relatively), and the running area is pretty large for my legs, the LED display shows 8 preset workout programs, you can choose from "burn fat", "cardio", "hill run"..., more options will be found out later. The treadmill broke in the first 3 weeks. It was impossible to get contact information on the manufacturer to get insight or help fixing it. We requested a return and that has also been a headache. It’s been picked up but yet to get a refund or it to even update on Amazon that it was returned. Have yet to see refund. ... show more

    • Good and bad
1/16/2024 Pro: The treadmill bed and cushion are excellent. Sturdy, heavy, quiet. Con: The display's material stinks. Taking off the plastic cover on the display, I saw a protruding spot. I tried to remove the spot with my fingernail. Instead of the protruding spot coming off, I scratched the heck out of the display. I couldn't believe my fingernail could do so much damage to the thing. They need to make that piece stronger. Though thankfully it isn't a touchscreen, the look of the display is ruined. Fortunately it doesn't impede the usefulness of the treadmill. Another con is that the upright position of the treadmill running bed is angled and not straight. This chews up space in a small room and looks just odd. If you keep the running bed down and don't care about the look of the unit, the treadmill itself is an excellent piece of gym equipment. The unit is extremely heavy. I think roughly 125lbs in the box. That is both good and bad. The bad is that it was hard to move the box throughout my house to the room I needed the unit in. The good is that the heavy weight makes the treadmill sturdy. No rattles, no noise, very very quiet operation which is great for those late night walks when the rest of the family is asleep. Controls on the arms work well. Arms should be shorter as they interfere with my swinging arms/hands though to be fair, I have very broad shoulders. Since the length of the bed is long, I just position myself further back and I dont hit the arms but it would have been nice to not bump into them closer to the display. ... show more

    • Quality Treadmill
I found the assembly of this treadmill very straight forward. It took approximately 45 minutes. The treadmill is very sturdy and is a quality machine for the money. Then it gets interesting because I found that every time, I turned on the power it would blow a breaker. I was really disappointed. Then life happened and I was not able to work on the fix for six months. I was dreading what I would encounter with the fixing this problem, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the manufacturer and how they worked with me until we exhausted all possible avenues of resolution. They ended up refunding me the entire amount so that I could purchase another one. Although, it was not my first choice to deal with this problem, I will say that the manufacturer stood up and took responsibility and they do have a quality product but could not help the damage that occurred during shipment. This treadmill came mostly assembled. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. This is very close to a gym quality treadmill. It is super quiet and has very smooth operation.
