Bought this treadmill for my small apartmnt, its realy nice! The auto incline works gud and speed is smooth 0.6-7.5MPH. Low noiz even when running, and foldable so no space prob. Handle bar is comfy too. Handles 120lbs no problem. Totally worth it for home use!

For $300 this is an amazing treadmill. I have been a runner for over 30 years and this little treadmill has a lot of great features to get a good workout in. It's very quiet and I use it around 5am every day and it doesn't bother anyone in the next room. It's smooth to walk and run on and very comfortable on the feet and knees. The only thing I wish I could change is the height of the hand holds. They are just a bit to low forcing me to bend down slightly to hold on, but other than that it's well worth the price. The belt is very heavy duty and the unit is very easy to fold and move out of the way by just one person. Once folded you can even slide it under your bed. If you are looking for a treadmill that takes up little space and still has the features of a unit that costs a whole lot more look no further. I highly recommend it.

I had a hard time with this treadmill. I am 5’3” but it was a lot smaller than the pictures depicted. I had a hard time not coming off the back of it if my step happened to be off for a split second and I constantly kept hitting the kick plate at the front with my shoes. The width of it was better than I expected but there definitely won’t be any running on this machine. I got it so I could start progressing into jogging and running. The incline worked great but it was noisier than others had said it would be. Display was ok but I expected for all the information to be visible at one time, while this one flashes through the sequences to show you each item. Assembly was straight forward and easy. Honestly I felt kind of tensed up while using it because I couldn’t fully extend my step length and I felt like the bars on the side were a little too close and not giving me a whole lot of flexibility room like the ones at the gym. I would consider this as more of a walking pad than a treadmill.

First, it's not as big as the photo with the runner on it would make you think. It's miniature - it's not a full-on treadmill, it's a walking pad that looks like a treadmill. That said however, for the limited amount of space I have and my intended use, I'm able to get in a good sweat walking on an incline. I have to make sure not to take too large a stride or my foot will walk off the back of it. The incline and speed functions work well, but there is no fan (those usually don't work well anyway) and there are no sensors that monitor your heart rate, etc. It comes with pre-programmed workouts (I think they would require you to jog or run which I won't do so I haven't tested any of them), so I just set the incline and speed as I feel I can do it. The display gives you your speed, distance, level of incline, and time. Set-up is super easy and can be used within minutes of setting it up. For the price and size, I'm satisfied, but if space isn't an issue and you may want to run or jog, I'd say spend a little more on a real treadmill.

I have been using this treadmill almost daily now because I’ve had several cardio appointments lately. I am not usually a very active person, and when it is freezing outside, I don't feel like walking to the bus stop to get my kids and usually end up driving that short distance. This walking pad is finally keeping me moving. It is super easy to use: simply plug it in, turn on the switch, and use the remote to start. Even my daughter, who has Type 1 Diabetes, uses it to help bring her numbers down when her glucose monitor starts beeping. I keep mine set up in a spare room so it's always ready to go.
