I have been using this treadmill almost daily now because I’ve had several cardio appointments lately. I am not usually a very active person, and when it is freezing outside, I don't feel like walking to the bus stop to get my kids and usually end up driving that short distance. This walking pad is finally keeping me moving. It is super easy to use: simply plug it in, turn on the switch, and use the remote to start. Even my daughter, who has Type 1 Diabetes, uses it to help bring her numbers down when her glucose monitor starts beeping. I keep mine set up in a spare room so it's always ready to go.
