Came in a well packaged box considering that it’s a bunch of metal bars. My 12 year old and I put it together in a very short period. Easy to understand and I love that it is not the old fashioned wooden ones. Easy to disassemble if you ever need to move. It fits perfectly and with the rounded edges, it’s safe. This box spring was pretty simple to assemble - took about 30 minutes total. Once assembled it fit our bed perfectly. We didn't particularly need a box spring but wanted to add extra support and height to our bed. Very sturdy!

I have to give it at least 3 stars because it works and does what it's supposed to. However, it's difficult to put together, especially the slabs going across it. had to actually hammer them in, but did manage to get it put together. the cover is flimsy and acts like a bottom bed sheet rather than going around the whole thing too. Easy to get on, but definitely cheap and difficult. There are much easier and better quality ones out there

First off, I actually really like this. It was pretty easy to put together and fit on top of my bed riser. I did use a few zip ties to keep it in place on my riser/lifted bed frame. I like my bed tall and I love the excess space underneath my bed for storage so I knew I wanted to put this on top of my tall frame, and so far it's working just fine. I would say, put it together INSIDE the room you are using it in. I may have done it the wrong way, using my office to originally put it together and ended up having an unnecessary headache getting it into the room. I only have a full though, so I did not have to take it apart...but I would not recommend doing what I did. As far as comfort goes, when I see box spring I do think it should actually have a spring like feel to it, and it really doesn't it is more like a platform really than a true box spring. Not to say it is uncomfortable. It suits me fine, though I do have a five inch memory foam topper on top of my quilted topped mattress. So I think even a cement floor would still be comfortable with my mattress. It is a good alternative to the box/spring mattresses though, and at this price, you can't get any better. Well worth it in quality, durability, and accessibility.

I needed to get a new bed because my old one had a worn out, sinking box spring that I was therefore in the market for a quality bed but did not want to spend much. I found this King Box Spring from King and couldn’t compete with the price for a high end, metallic box spring. I must confess, I was a bit hesitant when ordering a box spring that I have not seen physically, but I am glad I trusted this company. The specific box spring came rather compactly wrapped and reached within the few days’ time. Assembly was very easy - all the detailed guidelines are provided and all the needed tools and screws are supplied. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it and I did it single-handedly without any hitch. Its fabric cover fits snuggly onto the robust metal framework and has seams and edges that do not catch on any bed clothing. The construction work has been done impressively and I am quite amazed by the work that has been done. This one composed of steel has a nice and strong feel, supporting a king size mattress perfectly; there is zero motion transfer when my partner tosses and turns at night. The legs have rubberized bottoms so they do not slide on hard surface floors and the fabric cover has handles on the sides for ease of pick up. And it’s as silent as a church, which I think is the best thing of all. Unlike the previous box spring I had, there were no squeaky or creaky sounds that made me feel uncomfortable. The particular set of this box spring was bought a few weeks ago but, up to now this seems to be in the best condition as well as in the best working state. By having such quality and being easily assembled at this price point, I couldn’t be happier. In summary, I would certainly endorse this box spring for anyone considering an economical yet solid and stable support for a king-sized mattress.

This box spring was fairly straightforward to assemble and took me roughly 30 mins to put together. Just make sure to move the box spring to the room before assembling it if you can. This metal frame replaces our free wooden box spring that was given and I like the lower profile it has, especially when we have a memory foam topper on top of the mattress. For the price range of sub-$90, it is comparable to other leading brands on the market if not slightly more budget.
