Great ergonomic design, the height is easily changed, the chair is easy to put together, feels comfortable and very sturdy, the size is just right and turns or spins around easily. I like the arm rests that are easy to pull down and push up. The durability and the adjustable low back support are what I was looking for. I use it for our home office. It would be easy to put into storage or pack up for a move. The weight limit is like 300 pounds or so and no one in our house even comes close to that but the number one reason that I bought it was the outstanding customer service and support. It comes with an amazing LIFETIME WARRANTY! This was common years ago but it is rare today! I was delighted to read about this when we opened the box! They will replace any part, offer online support and phone support as well, including replacement of the chair if needed. I'm a senior female and I was able to put this together myself. Instructions about using the shipping box to hold the chair was genius so do not destroy your box before you assemble your chair. It's comfy and a good value for the price. My only complaint is there doesn't appear to be a lock for a slight recline position so I always feel I'm tilted slightly forward/down. This is absolutely the best desk chair I've ever owned, and I'm in my 70s so I've owned a lot of them. The chair is extremely comfortable: mesh backrest is perfect, seat cushion is just the right mix of firmness & softness, the chair rolls easily & swivels smoothly, and the lumbar support is fantastic. I have back & neck problems and this chair offers the most comfort I've ever experienced. Really can't praise this chair enough. It's sturdily built - no wobbling or feeling of flimsiness. Assembly was as easy as could be: All parts were clearly labeled, the instructions were fully understandable, they provided 1 extra of every screw/bolt, the provided tool was well-made with a good handle/grip, and all the parts were wrapped well. I am absolutely obsessed with this office chair! For starters, I was worried about the color being different than my room’s color scheme but it is so close you’d think that it was made for my room! This chair is the perfect size for myself and my room. I’m 5’10” and no matter what height the chair is set to it’s more than comfortable at my desk. I can sit in this chair for hours doing homework, my makeup, watching movies, or playing video games and I barely even notice the time that’s how comfortable it is. For how easy this chair was easy to assemble it is very sturdy and the back support features work wonder. I never had a chair like this before, you can definitely notice the difference in posture! The headrest is adjustable. I picked this chair over another because it specifically had a headrest and me being so tall it becomes a useful feature. The seat cushion and arm rests are comfortably padded. The arm rests can also be shifted forward and backwards to accommodate your body or completely lifted out of the way if you enjoy crossing your legs or something like that! I say get this chair and you will not be disappointed!
