The media could not be loaded. First let me say this thing is very sturdy and the overall build quality is good. I use it several times a week and it gets better each time I use it. However there were a few issues. First one of the side trays was dented as well as the lid. I decided against requesting a new ones because I just wanted to finish the building it so I could use it. Second the fuel level load cell does not work. I called support for this and after 3 support agents and nearly 3 hours on the phone troubleshooting they decided the load cell was faulty and are sending me a new one. The Flatrock cooks well and is a great griddle I just expected better quality and customer service for the price. ... show more

Really happy with my Flatrock purchase. It was easy to set up and I’ve had a good experience with it so far. We bbq’d this past weekend with friends and family and cooked tacos on it. The chicken, steak, bell peppers, onions, and tortillas fit on the griddle all at once and cooked evenly. Cleanup was easy with the grease trap and no grill grates or frying pans to clean. Grill arrived and was assembled by Amazon. The team did great work. No fault of the delivery guys, but the burners didn’t light up the correct lights and the gas sensor doesn’t work. One wheel would not swivel and needs to be swapped. Traeger tech support went through the issues and found the problems timely, but the solution is to send me a new mother board and for me to disassemble and reassemble the grill. I asked if they were going to send a tech and the answer was no. Brand new out of the box and the repairs are on me? Ridiculous customer service. Tried to go through the return process but it’s asking me to disassemble and put it back in the box. I don’t have the box, it was delivered and assembled… frustrating ... show more

Great instructions & the way all of the parts are labeled is so helpful. The stagecoach is a fun way to use the box, very creative! The flat top itself works great. I think we're going to like it much better than a traditional grill.
