I selected the flat top after pretty extensive research, and I'm quite happy with the decision. Definitely very heavy duty product. Even heating with really no hot or cold zones. While there is of course some natural heat bleed, the different heat zones work better than expected. Grill arrived and was assembled by Amazon. The team did great work. No fault of the delivery guys, but the burners didn’t light up the correct lights and the gas sensor doesn’t work. One wheel would not swivel and needs to be swapped. Traeger tech support went through the issues and found the problems timely, but the solution is to send me a new mother board and for me to disassemble and reassemble the grill. I asked if they were going to send a tech and the answer was no. Brand new out of the box and the repairs are on me? Ridiculous customer service. Tried to go through the return process but it’s asking me to disassemble and put it back in the box. I don’t have the box, it was delivered and assembled… frustrating ... show more
