The media could not be loaded. Pretty much exactly what i wanted in terms of color, size and operation. The chimes are beautiful and a nice reminder for when my 92 year old stepmother loses track of the time. I was intimidated by the reviews about the difficulty of set up. But it worked fine for me. This looks like it is a real find, but when you open it you will find a piece of fake wood and poor quality. The chime never worked on this and the escapement (clocks pendulum) fails to work as well. I have always wanted a grandfather-type clock but do not have the space or budget for one. This little clock is just perfect in my home. It has the old world look and fits perfectly with my French country decor. I have it in my living room where my large TV is and the chimes are so soft that they do not disturb anything you may be watching on TV but you do hear them. It's such a lovely sound and makes my house feel more like a home. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
