Last week (Week of Sept 2, 2024) I provided comments to Amazon on my experience with TPOB and the trimmer product purchased. Supplementing those comments, TPOB answered my second inquiry and provided their evidence that they shipped me a replacement trimmer. Bottom line is that while they met their commitment to me on a replacement unit, it appears that the product simply doesn't meet my performance or their advertising expectations.
