Started using one of these at a Church at a Movie Theater with an X32R So I bought a couple for myself. They have pretty much worked flawlessly. The fact that the antenna fold into itself and not break off when trying to transport is a great feature. This is the 3rd one I've purchased.

I have had this thing for over a year now and its great. No issues at all, consistent signal, and i still can manage to get good 2.4ghz signal all the way back where my garage is where other routers wont even show up on the connections.

Unit functions properly. I have unreliable internet but this router is an upgrade to the previous one, it is definitely faster. Movies now load without stopping even when on various simultaneous devices. Did not need tech support was easy to set up and use took 5 minutes with no issues at all. We don't push this unit to the limit as we have small demand but so far so good. ... show more

Excellent router. QoS and other advanced features are easily managed from the app, which sports a UI that makes formerly complicated tasks fairly simple. Would highly recommend. Currently using it’s newer version because a lightning storm took this out out, and, frankly I wish I had got this one again ... show more

    • A solid mid-range performer
(This is a Web5 router). Range is the only issue. My prior router allowed me to use 5ghz for my entire yard (approx 100 ft range). This router shifts to 2.4ghz at approximately 50 ft. Nonetheless, signal is very stable. This is my 2nd TP-Link product.

    • TP-LINK router. Bad product and bad customer service
I set this router up in December 2024 and it stopped working properly within a couple months. Amazon allowed an unauthorized dealer to sell this product, so TP-LINK will not accept the warranty and Amazon will not help resolve this issue.
