This 3D printer is really cool. The setup was pretty easy (had a small hiccup with syncing the printer). Feeding the filament was a little tricky, but we got the hang of it. Terrible. (Period) The machine did seem to work well while it worked. I would criticize the print bed as it is difficult to clean and maintain. If purchased, you'd definitely need to consider the print beads as a consumable as well. The MAIN issue is that when you experience a problem with the machine, you might as well throw it away. It is not serviceable and you will GET NO WHERE with customer service. I have been emailing back and forth for several months simply to purchase a new print nozzle. Each back and fourth email is with a different customer service rep whom is experiencing your situation for the first time. Endless "troubleshooting" suggestions, endless claims that they'll send you a whole new machine, endless steps to take all without anything coming to fruition. DO NOT waste your money on this product or this company. ... show more

Can’t say id recommend or buy again. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. ‘Printer failed’ is a common occurrence. And now 8mths in it’s totally whacked out and not working at all. Makes a loud noise when it starts and ‘printer failed’ soon after. Tried all the trouble shooting with the support, and their ‘warranty’ is conveniently 6mths and they ‘can’t’ help now. So meh. Gave it 2 stars because when it DID work it was cute. Not worth the trouble or money though. ... show more

Works great. Very easy to set up. Had one issue with it clogging but the instructions we simple to follow. I did reach out to the company and have yet to hear back so I would say the customer service is terrible and it lost stars there. Have only had a few weeks but working well so far. The side is great and doesn’t take up too much space. The touch screen is response and works well. The prjnt quality has been good. ... show more

Highly disappointed in this product. I think we have managed just three "good" prints with this out of I don't know how many attempts. The material doesn't stick to the print bed, the nozzle gets clogged. I have consulted 3D printer expert friends and feel like you shouldn't need to have a master's degree in 3D printing in order to pull off a successful 20 min print. The website and ease of use is a nice promise, but if the thing just never works it's a waste of money. ... show more

User friendly—easy to use for a 7 year old without much help from an adult. The kids have used this thing nonstop since receiving it for Christmas. Some things “print” wonky, but most come out clean looking. There is a fair amount of waste associated with how the files print, but from what I understand, that’s normal for 3d printers. ... show more
