Features

  • Fully Automatic Charging: The charger automatically recognizes charging. If you forget to press the start button, it will start charging after 30 seconds. Once fully charged, it switches to pulse repair mode and turns off the screen to save energy, maintaining the battery at a safe voltage level for long-term storage. When the battery voltage drops too low, the charger automatically restores full output power and switches back to pulse maintenance mode after reaching full charge
  • All-in-One Compatible Design: Designed for 6V and 12V sealed lead-acid batteries in cars, boats, RVs, power sports, and deep-cycle batteries, including 12V deep-cycle and lithium (LiFeP04) batteries, as well as 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries, including STD, AGM, GEL, Wet, MF, EFB, and calcium batteries. The charger also has a memory function to remember the last settings, ensuring uninterrupted charging even during long-term use without worrying about power outages
  • HD LCD Screen and 8-Stage Intelligent Charging: With true 8-stage smart charging (desulfurization, soft start, bulk charge, absorption, analysis, repair, float, and pulse maintenance), it optimizes battery life and repairs batteries without overcharging or damaging them. The HD LCD screen allows you to view the charging stage and parameters at any time, keeping you informed of the charging status.
  • Battery Repair: Independent desulfurization and repair buttons allow you to manually desulfurize and repair your battery to restore lost battery performance, helping to revive old/idle batteries and extend battery life. If your battery cannot be charged, you can try the "repair" mode to fix it. Note: It cannot repair completely drained batteries.
  • Engine Start & Winter Mode: Engine start delivers 100A current helps activating your car battery to start your vehicle in 100 seconds. Winter Mode, +0.2v on the basis of the original charging voltage, better boosts your battery activity and charges more thoroughly in low-temperature situations.
  • Multi Safety Protection & ETL Certification: The charger provides multiple protections to ensure safe use, including spark-proof, reverse polarity, overcharge/discharge, overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, overheating, current backflow, short circuit, etc. The upgraded cooling system improves performance. ETL certification makes it safe to use.

  • Great little smart charging unit.
This my second Tower Top smart charger for my RV. I've been using the Tower Top to keep my batteries charged because the charging part on my inverter went out and we have been busy moving around until we get back to home base where a new inverter/charger is waiting. I connect to my batteries plug into one of the outlets at the RV park wherever we may be and let the unit do it's thing. It's auto sensing, which is great and charges my batteries great. I definitely recommend this little unit. Very easy to use. 👍 ... show more

  • no on off toggle switch
I purchased this mid October 2023. Review is almost one year of use, now end of August 2024. I use this to trickle charge the battery on a 25+ year old vehicle that loses electricity sitting in the driveway, because I hardly ever drive it. I use this device to make sure it is topped off every couple of weeks. If I drove my car daily, or at least once per week, I would not need the trickle charger. Before I purchased this conditioner, I had left my car unattended for a couple of months. Saw it on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try before having to buy a brand new battery for my old car. This device at first indicated that my car battery was unable to charge as a 12 volt car battery. Luckily this battery charger was able to step down and charge it as if it was a motorcycle battery. I thought I'd try that and get some juice into, before opting to buy a replacement battery. After a day of recharging from the lowest setting, I was able to recondition the old car battery back to life, restart the car, and be able to drive more than 100 miles on the recharged battery. Now I use it often to make sure my unused car keeps it's charge when I'm not driving it. I just wish that the unit had a physical on off toggle switch. Instead the on off of the device is by plugging it into the outlet. It's recommended to be used directly into a wall outlet and not into a strip surge protector. I use a heavy duty 10 gauge extension cable and a GFCI adapter that has an on off physical switch on the GFCI outlet for extra protection. The other thing that you have to be careful with this charger is using it when the weather is bad. Make sure you do not use this when it is raining. This trickle charger is a slow charger, which I like. It may take awhile for it to charge up the battery, maybe a few hours, depending on how depleted your vehicle battery is. I tend to not wait for the charger to reach full capacity of the battery. I charge it to 3/4 of fullness to make the battery last longer. YMMV. Overall, this battery conditioner has been a life saver. ... show more

  • Corrected review
I wrote very negative review on this product and submitted it several hours before I got to realize that the real fault was with my old battery tester. I cannot cancel review in flight, but I took it down as soon as I could when it went live. This new update is to balance the wrong claim I made about product being defective. It turns out my old battery tested would severely overestimate the remaining change, so I had entirely unrealistic expectations on how long should it take for the charge to complete. I got a new tester that did show my 94Ah battery at ~30% charge, and thus it required about 60Mah to be completely charged. Lo and behold, the time this charger then took to replenish the battery at 15A was about 5 hours, extra time being spend in slow start and absorption stages, where the charger runs at lower amperage. The math holds and the product does work fine. I still deduct one point on easy to use and versatility because of somewhat confusing progress display on LCD - the percentage it displays does not seem to be based on actual battery charge level, but indicates the charging stage - bulk charging is hanging at 50% right until charger, absorption is 75%, and so on. This did contribute to my earlier confusion. ... show more

  • Great item for all drivers.
Definitely worth it. I have used this multiple times for myself and to help others. If you travel, being able to jump your own vehicle without calling someone else is a huge time saver. It’s easy to charge and easy to use. I have a King Ranch that hadn’t been started in months. It turned the battery immediately. This would be a great item for your college age children or honestly any driver. ... show more

  • Won't charge a dead battery!
WTF? If your car battery is dead, this device refuses to operate. (and if my battery is not dead, I don't need a battery charger.) Total waste of money -- stay away. The only way I could charge my dead car battery with this piece of Chinese junk was to get a 6V lantern battery and clip lead it in parallel with my car battery. Then, finally, this device detected a voltage and became operational. Of course it incorrectly assumed I wanted to charge a 6V Calcium battery (whatever that is.) But at least it started charging. Then the lantern battery got super hot, the outer casing turned brown and started bubbling and emitting smoke from the + terminal. By this time the clip leads were too hot for me to disconnect them. After a few more minutes, the lantern cell began spitting caustic battery acid on my hand! I now have a hacking cough and my right middle finger is bright red and won't extend. Lawsuit incoming. ... show more
