The media could not be loaded. The watch itself was packaged perfectly, I have zero complaints about the watch's appearance, it's functionality, or it's comfort/weight. Only issue is that my wrist is small so I need to remove about 4 links from the band. Now, although the tool provided is meant to be convenient and easy, the tool is TERRIBLE. I've bought a previous OLEVS watch before that was all gold, automatic, and that came with a tool too, but that tool was better quality and worked perfectly. But the tool that came with this watch is useless. Luckily, I own a watch band adjustment tool I bought a while ago, but if you buy this watch, I recommend buying a separate tool with it. But other than that, like I said, the watch itself is absolutely gorgeous, both feels good and looks good. Definitely going to invest more into OLEVS' watches as this is my 2nd watch from them. I was also disappointed in the box/package the watch came in too. My 1st OLEVS watch came in a beautiful cream-white box with the logo in gold, lined in velvet-like material, and had a compartment to store the warranty card, the verification tag/inspection tag, and a slot for the provided band adjustment tool. At first, I was dismayed by the directions on removing links because the print is microscopic. I brought it to my local watch store, and he removed the links easily. Best to go to the Pros I always say. It was worth the $10 fee. On the first day at work, I received two compliments on the "Bling" of this beautiful timepiece! I purchased the gold model. Hi, this is a great value, and great look, this is on my wrist right now and I love this green color. The band is a litlle small but I like the band adjustment tool that comes with it. I purhased two watches a green and black one and I havent used the black one yet. I highly recommend this watch.

I don't normally post reviews but I am compelled to do so for this watch. I bought the one with a black face and it looks amazing. The rotating bezel works great and I use it a lot to monitor elapsed time. At first I thought the stop watch didn't work, but it does. It just doesn't have a nice reassuring click on my watch. The reset button does. Not a big issue for me. I LOVE this watch. I've had it a couple of weeks and so far it seems accurate and hopefully it will last a while. ... show more

The strap adjusting tool didn't come in the box. The watch looks great, but the quality is not that good especially for the price. The strap is flimsy.

If you want a quality watch for an inexpensive price you should get this thing. The only crummy part is the tool they give you to remove a link is total garbage. Go to a jewelry store or watch place and it’s a great experience.

    • Avoid This Wrist Watch

It is extremely difficult to change the size of the wrist band to fit your wrist. The links are held together by slender pins, that almost look like tiny cotter pins. They act as springs to wedge the pins into the holes between links. A little "tool" comes with the watch to help take the pins out and put them back in again. Unfortunately, the tool is very flimsy and, worst, it does not align well with the pins - no matter how carefully you try to make it work. It took half an hour to take one link out and put that side of the wrist band back together. Over the next hour one link failed to come out at all, another link came out but when I tried to put that side of the wrist band together the tool would not push the pin back into place. After an hour and a half I devised my own technique to put the watch band back together . . . then shipped the watch back to Amazon for a refund. The watch is beautiful, but after handling it for a while I had the impression that it would not last very long. The small "owners manual" is not well written, and sounds like the writer is translating Chinese into English for the first time. This is one of those rare occasions when I would give a product negative points if possible. ... show more

The tool is plastic but not difficult to use. Just go slow and be a little patient. It works fine. Took me less than five minutes to remove two links and put the watch back together for a perfect fit. Gorgeous color and already got several compliments. Because of the price, I am not worried about losing it or breaking it so I will wear it more often! ... show more
