- SMART FIREPLACE: The Sideline Deluxe Gold is Wi-Fi enabled for smart home connectivity and mobile app controls
- INSTALLATION: This Sideline Deluxe Gold installs simply and can safely be attached to framing studs. The sides and back of the unit remain cool with the heat feature on. We recommended at least 8 of space between the top of the fireplace and your TV, mantel, or picture, and at least 20" of space below the ceiling. The Sideline Gold can be installed in existing fireplace openings safely. Consult with a licensed professional to ensure your unused gas lines and vents are properly secured.
- OPERATION: The Sideline Deluxe Gold's heater will take the edge off a cool room or basement, and it can be run with no heat (flame effect only) in warmer climates. The Sideline Gold comes with a 6-foot power cord for a 110-120V outlet. It is also hard-wire ready for in-wall install. The unit draws a max of 12 amps, so the fireplace can be used on a 15-amp circuit. A 20-amp circuit may be necessary if other electronics operate on the same circuit.
- FEATURES: The Sideline Deluxe Gold features an unmatched realistic flame with nine color options. The Sideline Gold includes faux-fire logs and crystals to create an authentic feel, as well as an IR remote control for adjusting the flame color and intensity, the heater, and shut-off timer. Front facing heater vents allow you to position the Sideline Gold just 8 under a flat screen TV. The Sideline can be hardwired or plugged in to your electric source.
- WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: 1. We recommend 8 inches of space between your fireplace and TV. 2. The Sideline Gold pulls a max of 12 amps. 3. The fireplaces includes a wall-mount bracket, if you dont recess it. 4. You can install the Sideline Gold in an existing fireplace opening. It stays cool to the touch on the sides and back and is ventless. You can use the Sideline Gold with just the flame and no heat. 5. The heater will warm up a cool room, but wont replace a primary heat source.

This is a great electric fireplace. It was packaged extremely well. It is very sturdy not cheap steel like many others. To hang it, two screws in two studs is all you need. If not, they give you appropriate drywall fasteners. Takes a 2x6 wall to install inside. Actually 5.25 thick. I hung mine on the wall and built a cedar frame around it and to hide the cord. (See pic) The logs look great and the fire effect is very good. The heater is a nice plus. It uses a squirrel cage fan and is fairly quiet. It has a low and high heat setting which is impressive considering it is a 120v heater. My only comment to Touchtone would be to put a “white” cord and plug on the unit. A white cord blends in with most walls, a black one takes away from the beautiful unit and needs to be covered up. White would have to cost the same as black but look much better. Everything considered, I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beautiful fireplace at a reasonable price.

We did a lot of research and reading of reviews before deciding to purchase this. It's really beautiful. The flames are about as realistic as you can get and you can adjust the size and color of the flame. The only disappointment was that you can't change the speed of the flames, but that is such a minor thing that it doesn't impact how much we love this. The heater is enough to heat our den nicely.

Great looking "fake fire" with many color options to fit the mood. The integrated electric heater provides enough heat for a smaller space. Relativlely light weight for 2 people to carry but a strong person can lift and install themself. Feels solidily built. Would buy again
