I’ve read a few reviews that this lamp is wobbly and not very sturdy. After reading the directions and simply putting it together correctly it is very sturdy. I bought this for my mom who is extremely ill and bedridden. It is extremely simple and she can turn it on and off with just a touch of her finger on the side of her bed. I was worried when the box arrived it was a little beat up and looked super cheap. But upon opening, WOW! I gave these lamps to my daughter for a Christmas present. She loves them! She’s using them as bedroom lamps on either side of her bed. I think they would way to small for living room lamps unless one is used as an accent piece. They are way better looking in person. There are small crystal beads threaded all around the lamp. They are gorgeous! Lightbulbs are included and there are USB ports on each lamp. They get fairly bright. I purchase two sets of these lamps for the master bedroom and guest room. They arrived quickly but I had a little issue with having a missing ring to tighten down the shade in one of each pair. I had the parts for one of the two lamps in each set. I reached out to the seller and requested two of the rings and they sent me another set. I received the third set and it was complete so I have enough for both bedrooms which was my intent and a few spare parts now. The seller was extremely responsive. These lamps are so pretty and don't take up the entire night stand. Love the USB charging ports. They are great with my Hue bulbs and I like that they are touch lamps! I bought another set for my living room. If you use Hue color changing bulbs, the touch on, adjustable brightness, and off do not work. My workaround is telling Alexa to turn them on, then use my Hue phone app to change the color scenes. ... show more

I purchased this pair of lamps in Sept '22. They have been working well since then. Today, I was unable to turn on one of the lamps (touch control). The bulb is good (I put the bulb in the other lamp and it works fine). Since there is no way other than touch to turn the lamp on, there must be a failure of the touch electronics. Is there a warranty on this item? UPDATE: Contacted the seller and quickly received the replacement lamp. This kind of customer service is all too rare these days. I was not questioned or asked to jump through numerous hoops, unlike a recent experience with Walmart (that was never resolved). THANK YOU, Brightever! ... show more

I waited to leave a review. I’ve had these for over a year & have noticed the charging ports gave out months ago. The “shade” hardly stays balanced on the lamp. These caught my eye as soon as I saw them but put them on my wish list too be sure. After about 3 months I decided to go ahead and buy them or be sorry. I received them within 24+ hours, so easy to plug together. I was still a little leafy as the "silver" looked thin, and the beads didn't show up too well, but... I plugged them in turned all my lights out and fell in love with them all over again. I, by accident, found you can turn them on by touch not only at the base but by touching the "shades" or silver part as well. This is an added bonus for me as d during the night I wake up often and it's easier to just reach out and touch " instead of having to find something".
