Might be ok. I’m not sure yet because I haven’t finished putting it together yet due to half (literally) the bolts and nuts missing as well as the less than stellar instructions. But then again, what did I expect? My own fault really.

I just bought this, the CONS-it was missing 3 bolts, but my biggest gripe is the directions...they are absolutely horrible. Had to go to the hardware store and buy the missing bolts, thank God the hardware store is only 2 blocks away. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves & have better quality control. I have read other reviews about this equipment and many people have the same complaints but worst. I guess i got lucky compared to other people, that im not missing major components. The product seems to work OK so far, I will give it a PRO it's made well and it's sturdy. I just turned 50 I'm looking to get back in shape, and live more healthy, hopefully this will help. ... show more

I had a Total Gym many years ago and wanted something comparable. This is an upgrade. The seat is well padded. It's got all the right attachments. The budgy cord design adds resistance so more muscle bound members of my family find it challenging. The directions could use some work and it would be nice if it came with an exercise guide. Also you really can't fold it up everyday . You have to have a dedicated space for it and it's long. Overall it's a great machine at an amazing price.
