This would be a really great training equipment, if it didn't come with - a deformed wheel that makes weird sounds when training (and looks like it might fall apart soon). - a safety pin that already fell apart after approx. 20 uses. - and tons of dents and scratches. - the wing attachment can't be attached to the bottom. Bad welding! New condition? I don't think so! What's even worse: - the vendor seems to have dissapeared, can't be contacted, - Amazon won't allow us to contact them, refers to the vendor or wants us to return it. - Total Gym US or Europe also don't give a ..... They only seem to care about selling stuff, not their customers' satisfaction! Sending it back from Germany to the US after paying nearly 3000$ doesn't make sense! All we want is a replacement for the damaged parts and maybe a reimbursement for the partly bad condition. Buy anywhere else but here!!!!! ... show more

There are two minor complaints about this product. 1) It comes with several accessories and attachments with no documentation on assembly. It is not difficult to figure out where they attach but there should be documentation. 2) The cable guide is barely adequate and I can forsee heavy wear and possible replacement. It really needs some cable guides and not just the three pulleys. Despite these minor issues it is still worth the money. ... show more
