    • Ankle cuffs don't even reach around my ankles.

I'm not an especially large woman, but I could not even fasten the cuffs around my ankles. It's like they are sized for a child or a very small adult. So back this product goes. Too bad, it seemed like a good idea.

I do like that it’s easy to put the bands on your feet or ankles with a comfortable cuff. That said getting the cuffs on is a bit awkward and there are zero instructions. I could it a bit difficult to lift the bands over my head (but then I had the cuffs on my feet; it didn’t occur to me put them on my lower legs). This Total Body Band is perfect for me while i'm on the go. It's an an all in on workout portable on the go and its giving me the workout that I exactly need. I used it to warm up before my cardio tonight. And, just using this for the first 5 minutes along with the many types of exercise that I can do with it, had me feeling like I had just performed a complete workout. It goes up to 15 lbs and it's exactly what I needed because I lift weights on a good day using light weight repetition. Me and my husband camp out alot and not i can take this with me to be apart of my mini gym. The ankle cuff is soft and comfortable. Unlike the many, by the end of the workout my ankles were usually scratched a little bit. This is all that i need in a portable workout. I would highly recommend this. ... show more

This is just another piece of workout "equipment" which is going to end up used once then never touched again just to take up space in the house. It doesn't do anything special and nothing more than your set of handled resistance bands. It's also really confusing to figure out how to use it. Little tricky to set up, for that I did give it a four. Resistance training does wonders to the body. So it's just a matter if getting use to it, but it probably took me linger for whatever reason. But the durability is there.

Got the band yesterday and wow! What a great full body workout. You can do essentially any exercise. I wasn’t sure how to put the band on but went to their website and they have an instructional video on how to put it on. Always remember, the TBB logo needs to face OUT.
