I will start by saying I enjoy this product. However is you’re consider purchasing this unit you should be aware that it does not function as advertised. Here is how it stacks up for me. Ease of assembly: 10/10 A very tall child could do it(I joke a lot) Ease of use 10/10. It’s basically plug and play with very easy to understand controls. It comes with red light therapy. I’m unsure if this is effective because it doesn’t seem to put off that much light. Who knows? But really who knows? If you know. Please tell me. I’m dying to know if this light provides enough red light to reach a therapeutic level. Noise. If you leave it plugged it hums loudly. I assume it’s a fan. Just sounds like money leaving my bank. Unplug it and your fine I suppose. Heat level. Here is the part that earned the 3 stars. Consistently can only get it to 112 degrees Fahrenheit after an hour of run time. 90 degrees in about 15-20 and then about a 5 degree increase every 8 minutes or so. And that’s at max setting. I still get a good sweat on but the hot in ten minutes thing is a bold faced lie. Hope this helps! Cheers sweaty people!

Set up is pretty easy if you are working in a space that you can easily get to all sides of the sauna frame. I made the install as difficult as possible by assembling it in a 6' x 8' basement bathroom. It took a little while to get it set up but it wasn't complicated. Take note that the therapy light slides into a pocket on the ceiling. The pocket has loop and fastener on it so you must open it to slid the light in. I originally slide the light in above the pocket which prevented the light from shinning down. I like that a bag chair is included but it is pretty small and I didn't find it very comfortable so you'll probably want to provide your own. The power supply must have a fan in it because as soon as you plug it in there is some fan noise. Not really loud but not something I'd leave plugged in all the time. The corded remote works well and gives you complete control. The cord is not super long so if you are not setting this up right next to an outlet you'll need an extension cord. I'm using a heavy 10 awg cord as this device seems to be drawing considerable current when it's heating. If you are looking for a good single person sauna and you don't want to set up something permanent, this is a great option. In a few minutes you'll reach the desired temperature and will be enjoying your new personal sauna.

No more time consuming, expensive gym memberships! This is a great way to get the unbelievable health benefits from a far infrared sauna from home! It's easy to set up and operate. It doesn't take up too much space and you can always take it down when it's not in use. I highly recommend it.
