Strong magnet & easy to adjust. I must be honest, I drive like I might die before I get there, so I am always in a hurry. I push the limits with red lights, traffic, & time. Through all the fast take offs, hard stops, zigging & zagging, bumps & jumps, not one time & I mean not one time has my phone came lose fell off or even slid.
