However, a couple of mine had issues with the USB A connectors side not working after a while. I contacted Customer Service as per the instructions that came with the product and they were really reactive and helpful. The Receptacle is matte brown, but the covers are shiny brown, that messed up the whole Decorator thing, the covers should be the same as the Receptacle, not sure if they last just got them

These work well and look good. I couldn’t use where I intended due to the large size. These might not fit in your boxes due to the large back size. I ran into issues fitting in a box that jumped to another box ( had romex in and out) so 4 wires in one box. There just isn’t much space to seat it back. Easily fixed, but be aware in case you are not planning on replacing the box. These aren’t necessarily plug and play and may require modification/replacement of jbox. Approximately 2x the depth than a standard outlet. See pic. ... show more
