I’ve been taking the Bronson ONE Daily Men’s 50+ multivitamin for a while now, and overall I think it’s a really solid option for men over 50 who want a straightforward daily vitamin without spending a fortune. The value is honestly one of the best parts — 360 tablets lasts a very long time, so you’re not constantly reordering every month. The formula seems well-rounded, and I like that it covers both vitamins and minerals in one tablet. I’ve felt good taking it daily, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I’m filling in some nutritional gaps. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues for me either, which can happen with some multivitamins. The main downside is definitely the tablet size. Quality multi-vitamin supplement at a good price. The formulation is pretty comparable to similar Men 50+ supplements. In comparison to the major national brand 50+ Men multi-vitamin I was using, this has a higher percentage of daily values of elements like zinc, magnesium, copper and more. The tablet is slightly smaller than more well-known major and store brands and is easy to swallow. With a history of stomach issues, I always try to find supplements that are gentle on the stomach. So far, they have not caused any stomach irritation for me. There is no unpleasant smell or taste. This is my second Bronson One brand supplement purchase, and this Men's 50+ Complete shares the same high-quality. The supplement is GMO-free. While it is not applicable to me, the formulation is gluten and soy-free which is nice for anyone with those allergies. You receive 90 tablets and a good price point. It's a good value for the money. Highly recommend

Good balance but hard-to-swallow tablets I’ve been trying out the Bronson ONE Daily Men’s 50+ Complete Multivitamin, and overall it seems to deliver a good blend of essentials. The ingredient list covers the basics—vitamins A through E, the B family, along with minerals like zinc, selenium, and magnesium. For someone past 50, it’s reassuring to see attention to bone, immune, and heart health in one pill. That said, the tablet size is on the large side. Even taking it with a full glass of water, I sometimes notice it catching on the way down. If you’ve ever had trouble swallowing bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. The tablets also have that classic vitamin smell, which doesn’t bother me but could be off-putting for some. I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking it with food, and the once-daily format makes it easy to stay consistent. I do like that the bottle provides a six-month supply, which is convenient and cost-effective compared to smaller-count bottles. Bottom line: A solid multivitamin option for men 50+, provided you’re comfortable with swallowing larger tablets.

If you need a routine Daily Vatamin and are over 50 years old then you should go with this Bronson One-a-Day vs those name brand ones. Why? Bronson has the identical ingredients or very close when compared bottle to bottle and you save a lot more in cost which everyone is looking for without giving up any real benefit. Even though it’s not a significant cost decrease, every savings you can get will give you a smile to your disposable income at the tail end of your budget. Prime Priced with fast shipping is another perk. Pull size is easy to swallow, no digestive issues and it provides me with the same amount of energy every man 50+ needs and the right dosage of vitamins required.

My main concern before buying this vitamin, was how big the pill is. I generally have issues with swallowing big pills. This is the first Mens' Multivitamin of its size that I have NO trouble swallowing. Must be its shape and coating. Can't comment on how good its health benefits are. But Bronson as a very good reputation and has been around a long time.
