I have been searching high and low for a chair with all of the features that this one has at a reasonable price. Most chairs with adjustable height arms, rocking back with lock feature, adjustable lumbar support & headrest were twice (or more) the price of this chair. Also, as this chair had absolutely NO reviews at the time of my purchase I was skeptical that I would be pleased with it. However I am extremely surprised with how happy I am with it. I will list my pros and cons thus far. First, it took me exactly 20 minutes to assemble. It was that easy. Second, I have been sitting in this chair for about 45 minutes since assembling and have already noticed a decrease in my lower back pain. I have compared it with my older chair, and if I sit in my previous chair I immediately notice the lack of back support and increased back pain. I find the chair to be extremely comfortable. It is amazing how much better my back feels in such a short period of time. While I didn’t absolutely NEED a headrest, it is surprisingly very comfortable to lean back and use. I have times at work when I need to watch videos, or just read information on the computer screen for lengthy periods of time and I think I will find this feature beneficial to have. Unfortunately you do need to lean back to use it. It does not support your head if you are sitting at a 90 degree angle. Now for the cons. First of all, for reference I am 5’6” tall. One thing I liked about this chair when I read about it was the height of the seat. It is advertised to be 17.7” from the floor. This is somewhat misleading. It is actually 17” in the rear and 18.5” in the front (yes I measured it). You don’t really sit on the rear of the seat where it attaches to the back, so the 18.5” height in the front is what will determine if your feet hit the floor correctly. My feet are perfectly flat on the floor. Given my height, this is perfect, however I do wish it would go lower to the floor. This might not be optimal for someone who has shorter legs than I do. Also, once again referencing my height: I have the lumbar support set at the highest height and the tightest (most inward) setting for support. If you are taller than I am, the lumbar support would not likely hit your lumbar back correctly. I am also not able to use a seat cushion with this chair or the lumbar support will not be placed in the correct location. I also have the arm rests and head rest set at their highest setting to be the most comfortable. If you are taller than I am the head rest might not work as well for you. The seat cushion is very firm. The arm rests likewise are firm as well. While I personally do not find this to be a problem (as I said I find the chair to be extremely comfortable), if you are looking for a squishy, padded chair, this would not be the chair for you. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would buy again. For $76 bucks it’s well worth the price. It is both well made and sturdy. Of note, the shipping was also faster than expected. It arrived 3 days prior to estimated delivery. I have only listed it as 4 stars out of 5 because while I do love this chair, I wish it would go slightly lower to the floor, was a little more padded/soft & the lumbar support would go a little higher. I have included photos, including a photo of it side by side with my old chair to show the difference in height at the lowest setting & the lumbar support also at it’s highest setting. Update after a couple weeks of use: I have found that the lack of cushion support on the arms tended to make my elbows hurt, so i purchased memory foam covers for those. I also purchased a memory foam seat for additional comfort. So while I still am pleased with this chair, after spending approximately $75 for the additional modifications, it isn't really any cheaper than a more expensive chair. On the bright side however, I was able to customize it to my specifications. Of note, most memory foam seat covers are extremely small and I can't believe so many people purchase ones that aren't the same size as the seat. I highly recommend searching for car seat cushions. The one I purchased was 2" memory foam with dimensions of 20.47"x 18.11 and it fits the seat perfectly. RaoRanDang Thick cushion memory foam car seat. I am confined to a chair for data entry hours and hours a day, week, month. I've tried COUNTLESS chairs, some more expensive, some bigger but clumsier, and this chair, ohhhhh. I love it so much it gave me the shivers. A reasonable price, the right size, not too big, not too small, lumbar support, firm seat, not hard, adjustable height and arm rests...I'm so happy I had to sign into amazon and let you all know. I'm 5'3 and plump. Perfect for me. I feel like Goldilocks who found her bed. This one's juuuuust right. I did not put it together; my sister did because I'm hopeless when it comes to mechanics so I can't comment on that. But I finally found the ideal chair for me. ... show more

This is definitely worth it! Low cost, but it is great. Very comfortable and the adjustable head/neck rest accommodate all heights. The back can be pushed back to "lounging" very easily unlike some office chairs that are to rigid. Very pleased with this purchase.
