I have used TopDon IR cameras with iPhone for number of years in my field investigation of structures. They have been very good and reliable. The Dual-Lens Max is exceptional and provide allow my clients to better understand what they "see" because of the ability to "overlay" an outline of the actual object of the IR image. The quality of the "overlay" image FAR exceeds what the discription states for both quality and adjustment. The value is much better than ANY other dual camera IR camera for quality of image and software ease of use. BEST Dual Camera IR camera at LOWEST price.

Bought this cause my topdon TC004 took up too much room and had to remove the images from it manually. That tool did great and did exactly what I wanted it to do but in the end was just too bulky. This TC001 is perfect. I can save the pictures straight to my phone and update them to the customers profile directly without having to use a laptop and to all the crossover stuff. This just makes everything so much simpler. It also does way more stuff that the big one doesn’t do which is neat. Not a clue what the functions are for as it doesn’t relate to my job but they’re there if I need them. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone needing a thermal imager

Seriously cool piece of kit! Bought this for working on cars, but found some additional uses around the house. Used this to spot areas with low/missing insulation. And was able to track down a few spots around doors/windows that were letting the hot outside air in. Super easy to use, nice compact carrying case, worked great on my iPhone 12 Pro (comes with lightning adapter) and fairly priced.

Great thermal camera for automotive electrical draws. This easily found a stick on relay. I love the camera overlay to help outline to show definition in the pictures. The app is very customizable for different situations. It's a must have!

The thermal images are very useful for me. I love that after popping in the device, after confirming its use the app comes up by itself. As someone else also noted, there are clear alignment issues between the visual and thermal cameras - I don't know if that's a hardware/design or a software problem - the outlines are still helpful, but unnecessarily offset. Just like someone else noted, on occasion the app can go blank or freeze (at least on my iPad mini A17 Pro - maybe underpowered for this device..?), and unplugging/replugging the camera will fix that - fortunately that doesn't happen often. There is no native iPad version, which I think is a really strange miss. Portrait mode (holding phone sideways) also doesn't work quite as I would expect (the buttons don't rotate, but at least the temperatures do). Lidar sensors are apparently not supported, which would be helpful so one doesn't have to manually change the distance. I Overall, neat hardware with pretty much much plug and play experience and generally good results, but definitely some room for improvements on the app side.

I needed something to detect moisture in our room. Seem like our upstairs unit had a leak and we were getting the residual runoff. This was pretty easy to install and worked right away. Overall good purchase for a quick detection. Graphics and details were spot on. Easy and portable.
