They have worked exceptionally well with good pickup and clean signal. They have an exceptional range from the receiver and work well in large venues where performers/MCs like to roam around. We have certainly had circumstances where mics have failed when dropped (as a karaoke host, it should be expected microphones will be dropped or, in my case, someone thinking mic drops is a cool thing to do) and over the years I have had to replace 4 microphones. Bought these for use in my home karaoke studio, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. These mics have an incredible sound and a very solid build quality -- they are steel and a bit on the heavy side, but I really appreciate that heft and how comfortable they feel in my hand. The receiver can be rack-mounted or stand alone on a shelf, and the range is impressive, especially in smaller spaces. The whole system was extremely easy to set up with output XLRs for each microphone (cables not included). The mics are powered by AA batteries, and I'm super impressed how long they last -- after three months of pretty regular use, I have only replaced them on one of the mics. I would buy these again in a heartbeat, but I don't anticipate needing to, as they appear to be something that will last a long time. ... show more

I must admit, when I first purchased the Phenyx Pro Wireless Microphone System, I didn't have particularly high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance and features. The system's versatility, with its four channels, caught me off guard in the best way possible. It provided the flexibility I needed for various setups, and the UHF technology ensured reliable signal transmission without interference, even in crowded environments. The build quality of the microphones exceeded my expectations, feeling durable and reliable. And despite my initial skepticism, the sound quality was clear and crisp, delivering excellent audio reproduction across different vocal ranges. Setting up the system was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly interface and clear instructions. And while there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the misleading window on the microphone, they didn't detract significantly from the overall positive experience. I knocked off one start because the window on the microphone, which appears to display signal strength and frequency, is deceiving as it's just a sticker. While this doesn't affect the microphone's functionality, it could lead to some confusion for users expecting real-time signal feedback. Just leave that off, I wouldn't expect that from this price point there is no reason to lie to us. In summary, the Phenyx Pro Wireless Microphone System pleasantly surprised me with its solid performance, durability, and user-friendly design.     • Great Product at an Amazing Price
I was pleasantly surprised the ease of use and voice quality of the Phenyx Pro 4-Channel Wireless Microphone System. There are two ways to get it plugged into your speaker or mixer (via 1/4" for all 4 mics) or via XLR cable for each microphone to manage them separately. I have used the 1/4" method, and found that it works amazing. The system includes a knob to adjust the volume per microphone and designates the frequency for each one. The range is really far as I've been in a separate building (50 yards apart) using a second set, and the microphone from the second building could be picked up from the first building. The most impressive part of the system is the value you get (4 wireless microphones, the system, 1/4" cable). I have literally plugged this directly into a speaker (as well as a Yamaha mixer), and it worked great both scenarios and was easy to setup for a Novice like myself. The battery life lasts pretty long. We used it in a church service which lasts 2-3 hours/service (twice/week), and they usually last a couple of months per microphone (uses 2 AA per microphone). I would definitely recommend this product to others on a budget. This would cost 3-4 times more using larger brand names that have similar quality / features. ... show more

This is the best wireless microphone set! Very professional quality. Portable! We have used it at a reunion and community prayer service, the setup was easy and the mics sounded great! The clarity was amazing. It looks very professional!
